Escape to Yoga is a premier yoga studio located in Historic Old Town Sherwood offering fun, approachable yoga instruction to individuals of all levels of experience and physical ability. We offer Gentle Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, and Morning Start yoga classes along with Tai Chi, Nia, and Pilates classes. Our teachers are talented, certified fitness instructors and each have thier own special style and passion that adds variety to your Escape to Yoga experience. At Escape to Yoga, we are especially fond of beginners and hope you will come in and give our classes a try. Berries To Bellies: We have freshly picked blueberries this week, along with salad greens, and plant starts. We also sell chicken eggs, goose and pork. All pasture fed right here on the farm.
The Palm Bakery: We will have several varieties of artisan breads this week including Bora, and Granola Bread. Cinnamon Rolls, Smores Bars, Cheesecake Brownies, Almond Cakes, Pumpkin Cream Cheese Bread, Lemon Cornmeal Blueberry Muffins, and much more. We just picked fresh blueberries from Sherwoods own Berries To Bellies for tomorrows pastries. We look forward to seeing your smiles bright and early on Saturday!
