Vendor of the Week: Two Ox's Asian Cuisine
In 1985, it was the year of the ox according to the Chinese calendar. This was the birth year of Johnny and Sou, the creators of Two Ox’s Asian Cuisine. The food is a fusion of Chinese, Thai, and Vietnamese cuisine with a twist, but our nationality is Mienh. We both began cooking at a young age, and started cooking together for over 10 years now. So what we wanted to do is to try and get out there and share our food with everyone. Thanks to the Sherwood Saturday Market we have been given the opportunity. We have received nothing but good complements and smiles from the community, and that is heartwarming. We hope to reach out to more of you with our food. Thank you all. The Palm Bakery: Another great Saturday is on the menu! We will have some new things to taste this week including Vanilla Pound Cake which will go great with berries. Also a new scone flavor this week Cinnamon! We will also have a large selection of breads including Bora, Challah, and Granola bread.
 
Our Table: We are a food and farm cooperative located on SW Morgan Road in Sherwood. We work together on a 60-acre farm to grow, process and sell our own food. In addition to blueberries, we raise grass-fed beef, geese and chickens as well as offer a year-round vegetable CSA.
Our Table is dedicated to creating a thriving, environmentally sustainable community for local farming and wholesome foods.
Come visit our stall at the market for local blueberries grown using Biodynamic practices, meaning free of chemicals and sprays. You can even pick your own berries by visiting our on-farm U-pick which is open now. Learn more at www.ourtable.us
 
Wine Country Mushrooms: We are a family business located in Yamhill, Oregon in the heart of wine country.
We grow a wide variety of organic oyster mushrooms and other exotic mushrooms year round. We use local straw and provide freshness from farm to plate.
 Our mushrooms are hand-picked daily by owner Julie Lockhart.  They are served in fine restaurants and grocers like Paulee' Restaurant, Harvest Fresh Market & Deli, Community Plate and many others. Sherwood Market is the exclusive farmer's market for  Wine Country Mushrooms.
Self-grow oyster mushroom kits and dried oyster mushrooms are some other products Wine Country Mushrooms features. We also provide market guests with weekly recipes and other mushroom varieties from local Yamhill farms. We look forward to our first day at Sherwood Market, this Saturday July 6
